Option 1 (Preferred)

Create a support ticket within our system:


Under support, click Tickets




Then click “Create a Ticket”




Include the Request ID of the patient or record in question

Email us at and include the Request ID of the patient/record in question– please do not send patient information as this violates HIPAA rules.
