pVerify offers two options for those seeking assistance from our support team.

Option 1 (Preferred)

Create a support ticket within our system: https://premium.pverify.com/

 

Under support, click Tickets

 

 

 

Then click “Create a Ticket”

 

 

 

Include the Request ID of the patient or record in question

 

 
 

Option 2

Email us at support@pverify.com and include the Request ID of the patient/record in question– please do not send patient information as this violates HIPAA rules.
