Support from pVerify

pVerify offers two options for those seeking assistance from our support team.

 

 

Option 1 (Preferred)

Create a support ticket within our system: https://premium.pverify.com/

Find the Request ID

Each pVerify Solution will have a Request ID located in the upper left of the portal. This is a HIPAA Complaint identifier for us to communicate in regard to a specific patient without share their personal information.

Create a Support Ticket

On the upper right of your portal will be a Support Tab with a checkmark icon. Create a ticket here, including the Request ID in question, and one of our Support Team members will respond to you shortly.

*Support tickets are the most efficient and quickest way to contact a team member!

Option 2

Email us at support@pverify.com and include the Request ID of the patient/record in question– please do not send patient information as this violates HIPAA rules.
