Same or Similar: Single Patient


 

1. Login as normal.
 
2. In the main screen, look for the Single Patient Verification under the Same or Similar Tab.

 

3. Enter the Patient’s Member ID, Last Name, DOB, and State. Then click Verify.

 
 

4. Inquiry will be given a Request ID that is required to see patient results. *Copy or remember patients name.

 
 

5. Find Search under the Same or Similar Tab, enter Request ID (or patients name) to see results.

 
 

6. Within a minute your portal will provide the patient’s L-code records. L-codes Allowed means that L-code was issued for the patient in the past 5 years and they are not eligibility for that type at this time.
